Easter comes alive in Dubai indoor rainforest
Dubai’s The Green Planet Dubai is set to host a nature-inspired Easter celebration, offering families a unique way to mark the occasion inside the region’s only indoor rainforest.
Running from 3 to 5 April, the three-day event transforms the biodome into an immersive setting filled with interactive activities, live entertainment and seasonal experiences.
At the heart of the programme is a rainforest-themed Easter egg hunt, where children follow a trail through lush greenery to discover hidden surprises. The experience builds towards a golden egg finale, unlocking special rewards and adding an element of adventure to the traditional activity.
Alongside the hunt, visitors can enjoy a range of family-friendly attractions including arts and crafts workshops, puppet shows, magic performances and face painting. Seasonal food and beverage offerings, as well as gift hampers and giveaways, further enhance the festive atmosphere.
Guests will also have the opportunity to encounter the biodome’s diverse wildlife, including sloths, birds and reptiles, set within a four-level ecosystem housing more than 3,000 plants and animals.
A special resident rate of Dh129 is available as part of the Easter programme, providing an accessible option for families looking to celebrate the holiday in a distinctive indoor jungle environment.
